12A. [ Appeal and Revision. [Inserted by Act No. 28 of 1996 w.e.f. 1.8.96.]
- All the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh General Sales Tax Act, 1957 relating to Appeals before the Sales Tax Appellate Tribunal, Revisions by the High Court of Andhra Pradesh and appeals to High Court of Andhra Pradesh shall apply mutadis mutandis in regard to appeals under this Act.]
