(4)The Convenor of the Ward Sabha shall convene an extraordinary meeting of the Ward Sabha within fifteen days when a request is made in writing by not less than ten per cent of the electors in the ward for discussing the matters raised in the request:Provided that such special meeting shall be convened only once during the period between two ordinary meetings.
