Section 20 in Punjab State Aid to Industries Act, 1935
20. Power to grant loans.
- Loans granted under this chapter shall be subject to the sanction of the [State] [Substituted for the word 'Provincial' by the Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950.] Government given after consultation with the Finance Department, provided that in regard to loans not exceeding a prescribed amount, the [State] [Substituted for the word 'Provincial' by the Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950.] Government may make rules delegating their powers to such authority or officer as they deem fit.
