ORDER
Pursuant to order dated 10.04.2026, the applicant has paid a sum of Rs.2.50 lakhs to KPMG Forensics. The order directed payment of Rs.1.25 lakhs each to the two experts. Nonetheless, this amount may be retained by KPMG Forensics for adjustment. The applicant has also paid a sum of Rs.1.25 lakhs to the Indian Institute of Technology, Department of Computer Science, Madras.
2. The first and second defendants are directed to ensure that payment of Rs.1.25 lakhs each is made to KPMG Forensics and Indian Institute of Technology, Department of Computer Science, Madras. These payments shall be made within one week from today.
3. Mr.Gagan Budhiraja, an expert from KPMG Forensics, is present on the video conferencing mode. The two experts appointed in terms of paragraph No.5.3 are directed to submit a preliminary report specifying the information necessary for them to provide a final report on or before 30.04.2026.

4. As directed in paragraph No.5.2, fixed deposit account has been created and deposit confirmation/renewal advice for a sum of Rs.5 crore has been issued by HDFC Bank. Said document has been enclosed with compliance memo dated 24.04.2026. The deposit confirmation/renewal advice may be handed over to the Registrar General.
