Section 35(2) in Uttaranchal School Education Act, 2006
(2)Every person who on the date of the order referred to in sub-section (4) of sub-section (8) of section 34 has in his possession or control any books or-other documents relating to the institution to its property shall be liable to account for the said books and other documents to the authorized Controller, and shall deliver them to him or to such person as the authorized Controller 'nay specify in this behalf.
