Section 3(a) in Rajasthan Civil Services (Special Selection and Special Conditions of Service for Appointment of Persons in Anti Terrorist Squad) Rules, 2011
(a)"Appointing Authority" in respect of the State Service posts means the Government of Rajasthan or such other authority to whom this power may be delegated by the Government and in respect of others as defined in clause (a) of Rule 2 of the Rajasthan Police Subordinate Service Rules, 1989;
