(2)[ Whenever the dead rent of a mining lease is enhanced as per provisions of these rules, the lessee shall deposit a further sum so as to make the total security deposit equal to one fourth of the enhanced dead rent within 60 days of such enhancement.] [Added by Rajasthan Gazette Extraordinary dated 12/08/1994]
