Section 40(1) in The Tamil Nadu Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1957
(1)On commencement of construction, the applicant shall notify the [Public Works Department Authority concerned] [Substituted by G. O. Ms. No.1357, Cinema, dated the 8th September 1993.] to enable him to issue the certificate of structural soundness under sub-rule (4).
