Section 22(2) in The Guardians And Wards Act, 1890
(2)When an officer of the Government, as such officer, is so appointed or declared to be guardian, such fees shall be paid to the Government out of the property of the ward as the [State] [Substituted by A.O.1950, for " Provincial" .] Government, by general or special order, directs.
