98. Power to regulate slaughter of animals for sale.
- The Board may fix places or premises-(a)for keeping animal or animals of any specified description which are to be sold for purposes of slaughter;(b)for the slaughter of such animals; and(c)for the sale of the flesh of such animals; and may grant and withdraw licences for the use of such places or premises.
