Section 43(1) in The Unit Trust Of India Act, 1963
(1)[The Board, with the previous approval of the Development Bank, may, by notification in the Official Gazette,] [Substituted for the words "The Board may with the previous approval of the Development Bank" by Act No 63. of 1985 section 11 w.w.f. 23.4.1986. ] make regulations not inconsistent with this Act to provide for all matters for which provision is necessary or expedient for the purpose of giving effect to the provisions of this Act.
