Section 201(2) in The Bihar Motor Vehicles Rules, 1992
(2)No tractor when fitted for being driven on a public road under sub-rule (1) shall be driven on such road at a speed exceeding 10 k.m. per hour and no such tractor shall take sharp turns on such road:Provided that if such tractor is a crawler tractor it shall not be driven on an asphalt road between 9A.M. and 9 P.M.
