- The date of a prisoner's admission into jail and the register number given to him, shall be endorsed on his warrant and signed by the Deputy Superintendent; the warrants shall be arranged according to the date of release and put together in open fold in monthly bundles and docketed outside with the month and year. Each bundle shall occupy a separate receptacle in the warrant almirah, of which the Deputy Superintendent/Assistant Superintendent incharge shall keep the key.
