Section 244(2) in Andhra Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1965
(2)When any such prohibition has been made, no person who is by calling a washerman shall, in contravention of such prohibition, wash clothes except for himself or for personal and family service or for hire on and within the premises of the hirer, at any place within or outside municipal limits other than a public wash-house or a place maintained or appointed under this Act:Provided that this section shall apply only to clothes washed within or be brought within the municipality.
