Counsel for the petitioner(s) submits that petitioner of CWJC No.2711 of 2015 has filed representation before the competent authority as contained in Annexure-24 and aforesaid representation was disposed off by the competent authority vide Annexure-25.

From perusal of the record, it appears that Anneuxre- 24 and 25 are not available on record.

Counsel for the petitioner(s) is directed to bring on record Annexure-24 and 25 by filing Supplementary Affidavit. Patna High Court CWJC No.2862 of 2015(10) dt.16-01-2019 2/2 Counsel for the petitioner(s) seeks liberty to submit other documents necessary for adjudication.

Counsel for the State prays for time to seek necessary instructions whether The Bihar Wood Based Industries (Establishment & Regulation) Bill, 2018, has been gazetted or not.

Counsel for the petitioner has handed over copy of the aforesaid Bill to the counsel for the State.
