Section 7(2) in J&K State Haj Committee Rules, 2013
(2)The Chairperson shall disallow-(a)a proposal moved by any member, where the member or his partner or any other associate is directly or indirectly interested in the management or direction of any business relating to the Pilgrim Traffic or in which any one of them is professionally interested on behalf of a person engaged in such business :(b)any motion containing statement, the accuracy of which cannot be substantiated by the mover of the motion.
