Section 6 in The Punjab Public Service Commission (Additional Functions) Act, 1955
6. Gender and number.
- In all enactments, unless a different intention appears-(a)words importing the masculine gender shall be taken to include females, and(b)words in the singular shall include the plural and vice versa.
