3. I am informed that several contempt petitions (CONT.CAS(C) 1138/2016 & CONT.CAS(C) 890/2019), alleging disobedience of the same orders dated 02.11.2015 and 29.03.2016 in RFA 748/2015, are pending before the Court of Hon'ble Mr. Jasmeet Singh, and are next scheduled to be listed on 21.11.2023.
