11. Land to be marked out.
- [The] [Substituted by No. F. 1(18) Revenue/B/66, dated 6-6-1968; published in Rajasthan Gazette Part IV-C, dated 1-8-68.] Collector shall send to the Tehsildar a copy of the notification issued under section 6 and have the land marked out and measured. At the time of marking out and measuring the land, and officer of the department or company for which the land is to be acquired should, if possible be present, and see that the boundaries and correctly aligned.
