Section 2(1)(zk) in The Delhi Electricity Supply Code And Performance Standards Regulations, 2007

(zk)"Premises" for the purpose of these Regulations means land or building or part or combination thereof in respect of which a separate meter or metering arrangements have been made by Licensee for supply of electricity.
