Section 36 in Gujarat Wild Animals and Wild Birds Protection Act, 1963
36. Suspension or cancellation of licence.- The Wild Life Preservation Officer or any other officer authorised by the State Government in this behalf, may, subject to any general or special order of the State Government without giving any previous notice but for reasons to be recorded by him, suspend or cancel any licence issued under section 35.
