Section 12(ii) in Allotment of Land to Educational Institutions (Schools), Etc. on Lease-hold Basis in Chandigarh Scheme, 1996
(ii)If the lessee fails to execute a lease deed in accordance with sub-clause (i) above, the Estate Officer may cancel the lease and forfeit a sum upto 25% of the premium provided that before taking action as aforesaid, the Estate Officer shall afford reasonable opportunity to the lessee of being heard.
