22. Amendment of U.P. Act No. XVI of 1938.
- In the United Provinces Melas Act, 1938,-(a)Section 3 shall be omitted;(b)In Section 4,-(1)in the first proviso, the words `at Allahabad and' shall be omitted',(2)the second proviso shall be omitted.
