Section 95 in The Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct Of Business) Regulations, 1999
95. The Commission shall approve the code concerning planning development, connection/use of Inter-State Transmission System and integrated operation and grant of transmission license which shall be notified as Indian Electricity Grid Code (IEGC).
