Section 17(1) in The Centre for Environmental Planning and Technology University Act, 2005
(1)Subject to the provisions of this Act, the Board shall be responsible for the general superintendence, direction and control of the affairs of the University and shall exercise the powers of the University, and may delegate such powers to the Executive Council and the President for more efficient management of the University.
