13. Application to fairways in inland waterways.[Ins. by the A.O. 1937]
All references in this Act to the Central Government shall, in relation to fairways in inland waterways, be construed as references to [State Government;Subs. by the Adaptation of Laws (No. 2) Order, 1956, for “the Government of a Part A State or a Part C State”].
