State & Ors) & cognate cases decided vide order dt. 19/04/2010, which was modified by Division Bench in Special Appeal (Writ) No.517/2010 (State Vs. Giriraj Prasad Rawal & Ors) vide order dt.01/10/2010.
Issue Notice. Two sets of paper book of the petition be supplied to Shri Dinesh Yadav, AAG Government Counsel who appeared on behalf of respondent-Department in aforesaid cases. Receipt whereof be filed in the Registry which on its filing, shall show name of Shri Dinesh Yadav, Govt.
