10. Manner and purpose of association of persons with Board.
(1)The Board may invite any person whose assistance or advice it considers useful to obtain in performing any of its functions to participate in deliberations of any of its meetings.(2)Any person associated by the Board under sub-rule (1) shall be paid such allowances as are admissible to the non-official members of the Board.(3)Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-rule (2), if such person is a Government employee or an employee in a Government undertaking, he shall be paid such travelling and daily allowances as are admissible under relevant rules applicable to him.
