46. Disposal of Meat or Uncured Trophy seized under Section 50.
- The Chief Wild Life Warden or the officer authorised by the Chief Wild Life Warden may arrange for the sale in public auction of any meat or uncured trophy seized under the provisions of Section 50 and the sale proceeds shall be credited to the head "113-Forest-(b)-Other receipts-4-Other Miscellaneous Receipts" in a Government Treasury.
