Section 33(1) in Kerala Construction Workers' Welfare Fund Act, 1989
(1)The annual report of the Board shall be prepared under the direction of the Board and after approval by the Board, a copy of the report together with the audited statement of accounts shall be submitted to Government before the end of July every year.
