Section 21(17) in Multi-State Co-Operative Societies (Privileges, Properties and Funds, Accounts, Audit, Winding Up and Execution of Decrees, Orders and Decisions) Rules, 1985
(17)Persons employed in serving notice or in other process under these rules shall be entitled to bhatta at such rates as may from time to time be fixed by the Recovery Officer.
