Section 20(1) in Tamil Nadu Entertainments Tax Act, 1939
(1)The [State] [Substituted for the word 'Provincial' by the Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950.] Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, delegate all or any of their powers under this Act except those conferred upon them by sub-section (3) of section 1, section 16 and this section, to any person or authority subordinate to the [State] [Substituted for the word 'Provincial' by the Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950.] Government and may, in like manner, withdraw any powers so delegated.
