ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to forbear the respondents from interfering with the day-to-day practice of the Acupuncture System of Treatment carried on by the petitioner, except in accordance with due process of law.
2.Mr.S.Shanmugavel, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3.The petitioner has completed an acupuncture course and is running an acupuncture therapy centre. The grievance of the petitioner is that, despite possessing the requisite qualification, the respondents are interfering with his practice.
4. 5. In such circumstances, this Court directs the respondents not to interfere with the practice of the petitioner except by initiating appropriate proceedings in accordance with due process of law.
6. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
