Section 2(a) in The Dock Workers (Regulation Of Employment) Act, 1948
(a)[ "Board" means a Dock Labour Board established under section 5-A;](aa)[] [ Clause (a) relettered as Clause (aa) by Act 8 of 1962, Section 2 (w.e.f. 1.6.1962).] "cargo" includes anything carried or to be carried in a ship or other vessel;
