Section 3(1) in The Orissa Nurses and Midwives Registration Act, 1938
(1)There shall be established a Council, to be known as the Orissa Nurses and midwives Registration Council, which shall be body corporate having perpetual succession and a common seal and shall by the said name sue and be sued.
