1. Learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the respective parties state that at the instance of Basketball Federation of India (BBFI), LPA NO.130/2023 and LPA No. 131/2023 was filed before the Division Bench of this court. The Hon'ble Division Bench, in terms of the order dated 24.01.2023 disposed of the LPA with liberty to the appellants therein to raise all their issues before this court.
2. During the course of the hearing, respondent No.5- Aezaz Ahmed, respondent No.6- Ajay Sud, respondent No.11- Munish Sharma and respondent No.12- Surya Singh in W.P.(C) 1915/2023 are represented by Ms. Amrita Sharma, Mr. Anirudh Bakhru, Mr. Sanjay Ghose and Mr. Pratham Mehrotra, Advocates, respectively.
3. It is seen that there are no representations on behalf of the remaining private respondents, who were directed to be impleaded in terms of the order passed by this court on 16.02.2023.
4. Mr. Jayant Mehta, learned senior counsel who appears for BBFI raises a preliminary objection with respect to the maintainability of these petitions.
5. He is directed to file his written submission before the next date of hearing.
