Section 1 in The Punjab Non-Trading Companies Act, 1960
1. Short title, extent, commencement and application.
(1)This Act may be called the Punjab Non-trading Companies Act, 1960.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of [Haryana] [ Substituted by Haryana Adaptation of Laws (State and Concurrent Subjects) Order, 1968.].(3)It shall come into force at once.(4)It shall apply to a company as defined in section 2.
