(2)Bhang may be collected only under licence in Form I. D. 15 from the spontaneous clusters of the hemp plant in the districts of Saharanpur, Muzaffarnagar, Bijnor, Bareilly, Pilibhit, Nainital, Kheri, Bahraich, Gonda, Basti, Gorakhpur and Deoria.
