Section 3(b) in Bihar Centenary Journalism Award Rules, 2012
(b)Ram Vriksha Benipuri Award - Recognizing their important achievements this award will be conferred to one of those journalists associated with electronic media whose news/analysis, telecast or broadcast on electronic media is related to the social, economic, educational development of the state and upliftment of women, minorities and deprived classes of Bihar. A sum of one lakh alongwith an Angvastram and a citation will be granted under this award.
