99. Power and duties of Police in respect of offence and assistance to Authority.
- Every Police Officer, Mazumdar or Officer of the local authority shall give immediate information to the Authority of an offence to his knowledge which has been committed under this Act and shall be bound to assist all members, Officers and servants of the Authority in the exercise o their lawful authority.
