Heard learned senior advocate, Shri Mihir Thakore appearing with learned advocate, Shri Salil Thakore for the petitionersociety.
Learned senior advocate, Shri Thakore has referred to the background of the facts and on inquiry by the Court, learned senior advocate, Shri Thakore has made a statement referring to page no.213 that the common plot is not sold away by the society and it is open plot of land. He also referred to the photographs and the demolition, which has been undertaken without any notice.
In the circumstances, Notice to the respondents nd returnable on 2 August, 2016 .
Adinterim relief in terms of Para Nos.33B & 33C till then.
Direct service is permitted.
