311. Measures for watering streets.
- The Municipal Commissioner may -(a)take measures for having the public streets watered at such time and seasons and in such manner as he shall think fit;(b)procure and maintain such vehicles, animals and apparatus as he shall think fit for the said purpose.Miscellaneous
