(2)(a)No private street shall be constructed and no building, wall, fence or other structure shall be erected on any cantonment drain or on any water works constructed or maintained by, or vested in, the Board without the approval of the Board.(b)If any private street is constructed or any building, wall, fence or structure erected on any drain or water works as aforesaid without the written permission of the Board, the Chief Executive Officer may remove or otherwise deal with the same as he may think fit.
