Section 2(1)(a) in Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (Constitution of fund and the manner of application of the fund) Rules, 2006

(a)"Accounting period" means the period for which the Accounts are prepared by the Commission and will be concurrent with the Financial year.
