29. Suits for possession under the Specific Relief Act, 1963.
- In a suit for possession of immovable property under section 6 of the Specific Relief Act, 1963 (Central Act 47 of 1963), fee shall be computed on one-half of the market value of the property or on rupees two hundred, whichever is higher.
