Section 15 in Himachal Pradesh Prevention of Beggary Act, 1979
15. Power to remove difficulties.
- If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the State Government may, by order published in the Official Gazette, make such provision or give such directions not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, as may appear to it to be necessary or expedient for the removal of such difficulty.
