Section 19(3) in Bombay Tenancy and Agricultural Lands (Vidarbha Region) Act, 1958
(3)Nothing in sub-section (1) shall apply to the tenancy of any land held by a permanent tenant unless by the conditions of such tenancy, the tenancy is liable to be terminated on any of the grounds mentioned in the said sub-section.
