Section 229(1) in The Punjab Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989
(1)After framing the issues, the Claims Tribunal shall, proceed to decide such issues after allowing both parties to cross examine each other in accordance with the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (5 of 1908).
