Perusal of previous cross-examination dated 19.09.2023 reflects that the cross-examination was partly recorded on 19.09.2023 but inadvertently on the last page of cross-examination of PW-1, the date was wrongly mentioned by the Steno as 18.09.2023. The date may be read as 19.09.2023 as the cross-examination was actually recorded on 19.09.2023.
PW-1 Sh. Raghav Das Mundhra has been recalled for cross-examination, further partly cross-examined but his remaining cross-examination is deferred due to paucity of time as witnesses in other case are waiting.
At request, be fixed for further cross-examination of PW-1 on 08.02.2024 and 09.02.2024 at 2:00 PM.
