Section 9(2) in The Orissa Housing Board Rules, 1970
(2)For the purpose of Form No. IV prescribed under Sub-rule (1) the Housing Commissioner shall, by notification in the Official Gazette, specify in respect of any scheme-(a)the date immediately preceding the execution of such scheme; and(b)the date of completion of execution of the scheme.
